Building Automation and Management Systems

Building Automation and Management Systems include the central control, monitoring and reporting of the electro-mechanical systems such as heating, cooling, ventilation systems, generators, air pressure tank, VRV-VRF systems, fan coils, VAV’s, lighting, parking control systems, CO exhaust gas monitoring and controlling depending on the type of facility. In addition, the Building Automation and Management System which is generally integrated with other security systems such as CCTV (Close Circuit TV), access control, fire detection systems provides control of the building from a single center with minimal staff and maximum efficiency.

HVAC – Mechanical Automation Systems:
The main target is saving in operating costs and ensure full control by using the most effective way for resource management and reporting depending on the sector of enterprises, comfort-control requirements, electro-mechanical systems and also by minimizing the human factor in mechanical system controls such as heating, cooling, ventilation, water supply etc..

Lighting Automation Systems:
The main target is to maximize the lighting energy efficiency of the indoor, outdoor and architectural lighting systems, by controlling the systems with time, occupancy, ambient and outdoor light parameters and pre-defined scenarios. Central monitoring, controlling, reporting and energy saving are the main focuses.

Parking Security and Automation Systems:
These systems cover the monitoring exhaust gas concentration in parking lots; the activation of the audio-visual warning units and the operation of the exhaust fans if the pre-set threshold level is exceeded.
